18 countries participate in the World University Championship Squash

The Organizing Committee of the World University Championship Squash, which is held under the patronage of Dr. Mostafa Madbouly, Prime Minister, received confirmation from 18 countries to participate in the tournament, which will be held from November 7 to 13, on the squash courts of the Club in 6 October City and New Giza Club.


Canada, Spain, France, Switzerland, the Czech Republic, the Netherlands, Korea, South Africa and Uganda will participate with five players, Hong Kong with seven players, and Iraq with four players.


Hungary and Japan will also participate with three players, and both Australia and Poland with two players, and Argentina with only one player, apart from Egypt, the host country, which participates with five players.


The tournament, chaired by the organizing committee, Dr. Sobhy Hassanein, Vice-President of the Egyptian Universities Sports Federation, will be held with the participation of 48 players in the male and female competitions and 25 female players in the female competitions, bringing the total of participants to 73 male and female players.
