Minister of Youth and Sports calls on the need of positive participation of young people in the referendum

Minister of Youth and Sports Dr. Ashraf Sobhy stressed that the constitutional amendments came in due time to give better rights to the Egyptian citizen, especially to young people who have received unusual attention from President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi since taking over the country's affairs   and grant them all powers on the ground. He added that the constitutional amendments will grant all rights to young people, and called on youth to participate in the referendum on constitutional amendments positively and actively.

Dr. Ashraf Sobhy said that the Egyptian youth represent the vast majority of the Egyptian people, referring that Ministry of Youth and Sports has a special vision for young people, including programs and projects, covering the various youth, economic, social, artistic and cultural aspects.

The Minister pointed out that young people have become the state's hope and its future in all executive and legislative institutions and social life as well as in the projects implemented in all governorates of the country by the hands of youth, and reflects the president's thought in adopting a new vision for young people to express their views and ideas through holding multiple youth conferences and forums , and enable them in the leadership positions of the country and qualify them to work in political life directly.
