Javier Aguirre: the pharaohs were the best and The pressure caused the decline of the level

Coach of the Egyptian National Football Team Javier Aguirre said that the Pharaohs were the best and made so many chances until Trezeguet managed to score, but the performance declined in the second half. Salah made two chances and failed to score with many other chances. He added that the Zimbabwean team should be congratulated for their outstanding performance at the match and that it is a very distinguished team, he also wished them success in the next stage.

Aguirre clarified that the decline of the performance was because of the pressure, stress and the attempt to keep the progress. But he was ok with this level of performance only for the gabs in the playground. He added that the other team had nothing to lose because of their delay with one goal and therefore they managed to progress and make many chances and they will work on their mistakes in the next matches.

He pointed out that his team needs to win all his matches to achieve the main goal which is to win the title of the tournament. And that he is not concerned about the decline in the performance and he will fix the problem of not being able to build the attach, stressing that he never knew the Zimbabwean crisis and the team was away from these external problems.

The performance of the team made him unsatisfied especially in the second half that witnessed decline in the performance, a lot of loss of the ball and the feeling of extreme stress. And that he will work on these problems, adding that he is not concerned because it is the first match of the team.
