29 players representing Egypt in the Egyptian International Taekwondo Championship G2


The Egyptian taekwondo federation declared the participants in the Egyptian International Taekwondo Championship G2 for adults and cadet, which will take place in Hurghada from 21st to 24th of February 2019.


Egypt participates in the championship with 29 players, 16 of them are males and 13 are females.


The male players are: Moaz Nabil (-54kg), Youssef Amr (-54kg), Mohamed Farag (-58kg), Omar Ghoneim (-58kg) , Ahmed Wael (-63 kg), Mohammed Hani Al-Ayedi (-63 kg), Abdul Rahman Wael (-68 kg), Eyad Adel Barakat (-68 kg), Ahmed El-Rawy (-74kg), Abdul Rahman Khalaf (-74kg), Nabil Hassan (-80 kg), Kareem Amr Khairy (-80 kg), Abdul Rahman Mohammed (-87 kg), Salah Khairy (-87 kg), Sherif Amr Khairy (+87) and Mohamed Ayman (+87kg).


While the Female participants are: Habiba Essam Mansour (-46 kg), Nour Hussein (-49 kg) Menat-Allah Medhat (-49 kg), Maram Nabil (-53 kg), Mariam Agami (-53 kg) Basma Mukhtar (-53 kg), Radwa Reda (-57 kg), Maya Badawi (-57 kg) Hedaya Malak (-62 kg), Rawan Madbuoly (-62kg), Maisoun Ihab (-73kg), Siham Abdul Maqsoud (-73 kg) and Menat-Allah Maher (+73 kg).


Coach Osama El-Said and Coach Mohamed Magdy are leading the national team technically.


305 players are registered in adults contests and 217 player in cadet contests representing 47 countries, where 23 teams registered in the adults contests while the rest of the countries participate with teams from several clubs in adults and cadet contests.
