Egypt wins at the 2nd round of the FIVB Volleyball Girls' U18 World Championship

The Egyptian national Girls' U18 volleyball team defeated Cameroon 3-1 and won the 2nd round of Group A at the FIVB Volleyball Girls' U18 World Championship, hosted by Egypt from September 5 to 14.


The halves results came as follows: 25-11, 28-30, 25-11 and 25-14.


Our national team won over Puerto Rico 3-1 at the 1st round, while Cameroon lost to China 0-3.


It’s scheduled for Egypt’s team to meet China on Saturday at the 3rd round of Group A.


The squad included 12 players: Mai Ghazal, Sabine Hassan, Salma Youssef, Salma Abdel Hadi, Nada Walid, Sandy Khaled, Farida El Hennawi, Aya El Nadi, Mariam Thabet, Logaine Yasser, Nour Ehab and Sama Emad.
