Minister of Youth honors student role model Aya Taha Hussein

 Dr. Ashraf Sobhy, Minister of Youth and Sports, honored Aya Taha Hussein for her scientific excellence in high school despite the difficult circumstances surrounding her during her studies.


Sobhy congratulated her on her academic excellence and on carrying out her academic and home duties without neglecting anything. The ministry is keen to honor outstanding young people in various fields who have achieved their excellence under exceptional circumstances as they become an example to other young people. During the meeting, he presented Aya the ministry shield along with a financial reward.


He said: "Aya is a role model for young people in their life challenges, and they must face challenges and circumstances and work to achieve the desired outcomes.


Aya joined the Faculty of Medicine at Alexandria University, which was one of her most important dreams.  She confirmed that the circumstances that she experienced were the motivation for her to continue her path towards scientific excellence, as she helped her mother sell shoes to help her with the burdens of life.

 

The Minister of Youth and Sports added that Aya would be one of the first students to participate in the trips supported by the ministry in addition to his participation in a set of activities and training courses that the ministry carries out throughout the year.
