Minister of Sports honors the organizers of the World Handball Championship draw ceremony

Today Dr. Ashraf Sobhy, Minister of Youth and Sports, the organizers of the draw me. ceremony for the World Handball Championship Egypt 2021and confirms the political leadership's determination to move forward on the path of construction and honoring its hardworking and loyal people.

During the honoring ceremony, He expressed his sincere thanks and appreciation to the organizers and hosts of the championship draw ceremony, which witnessed global reactions sending a message of love to the musician Omar Khairat for his creations.

He stated that the honor comes for the efforts made by the organizers of the championship draw ceremony and the great success that has been achieved. One billion viewers from 190 countries around the world watched it. He expressed his pride in presence alongside Dr. Hassan Mostafa, the international value that established the Egyptian and global hand sport. 

        On top of the honorees came Eng. Hisham Nasr, the Organizing Committee and the Handball Federation chairman, Captain Hussein Labib, the Championship Director, Captain Moamen Safa, the Handball Union Treasurer, Captain Alaa al-Sayed, the national teams' supervisor, Dr. Ahmed al-Sheikh, the Governmental Communication Committee Chairman at the Ministry of Sports, Major General Mohamed Reda Dawood, Lucky Tours Chairman, Ahmed Saad from 3S company, Hani Lotfi, TV director, and Montasser El Nabarawy, the Chairman of Board of Directors of Tazkarti, Presentation, and the company officials, and the artists Khaled Al-Nabawy and Engy Al-Muqaddam and Jasmin Taha.

Dr. Hassan Mostafa, chairman of the International Handball Federation, thanked all the partners for their success in producing the draw ceremony, starting with his Excellency President Abdel Fattah El- Sisi, the Prime Minister, the Minister of Youth and Sports, and all relevant institutions and committees, which resulted in global reactions and one billion views from 190 countries.
