The Egyptian and South Sudanese Youth and Sports Ministers sign a cooperation protocol

Dr. Ashraf Sobhy, Youth and Sports Minister, and Dr. Albino Paul, Youth and Sports Minister in South Sudan, signed a cooperation protocol between the two countries on the level of youth and sports, which came after the opening of the first Cairo National Conference for South Sudanese Youth, organized by the Youth and Sports Ministry through (Universities Administration - African Youth Office), in cooperation with the National Federation of South Sudanese Youth, the Ministry of Youth and South Sudanese Sports and Cairo University, Khartoum Branch, as part of the project "Nile Valley Unit ... Future Visions" in its third version under the slogan "For South Sudan", which will be held during the period From 3 to 8 of April 2021 at the Olympic Center in Maadi.
The cooperation protocol between the two countries included the exchange of youth delegations, cooperation in training and entrepreneurship programs, education and youth capacity building, and volunteer fields at the level of youth, as well as the sports level.
Dr. Ashraf Sobhy stressed that the Ministry of Youth and Sports is always seeking to consolidate cooperation with African countries, especially South Sudan, because of its vision for developing the relationship in youth and sports fields as the political leadership is keen to open new horizons for cooperation with all countries of the world.
Two hundred youth leaders from the ages of 18 to 35 will participate in the activities of the First Cairo National Conference for South Sudanese Youth in addition to the most influential groups in society, represented by civil society activists and academics with their various fields and backgrounds, journalists, media professionals, and Egyptian youth researchers in the South Sudan issue.
