Sports Minister supports national team in training before heading to Cameroon

Dr. Ashraf Sobhi, Minister of Youth and Sports, was keen to attend the training of the national football team, accompanied by the new council of the Egyptian Football Association headed by Captain Gamal Allam, before traveling to participate in CAF competitions, which will be held from January 9 to February 6 , in the Republic of Cameroon.
The Minister of Youth and Sports confirmed that the Ministry of Youth and Sports and the Egyptian Football Association provide all kinds of support to the national team during the coming periods, adding that the sports street is awaiting the crowning of the championship title and the happiness of the Egyptian fans.
Sobhy indicated his great confidence in all the players of the national team and the technical staff, and urged them to make every effort during the tournament in order to win the eighth title and provide a performance worthy of Egyptian football during the African Nations Cup competitions in Cameroon, stressing the support of the political leadership, moment by moment, for all national teams.
It is worth noting that the Egyptian team will start its campaign against Nigeria on Tuesday, January 11, and then the team of Guinea Bissau on Saturday, January 15, and conclude its confrontations with the Sudan national team on Wednesday, January 19, in Group D competitions.
