International gymnastics Federation follows Egypt's preparation to host the World Cup

The President of the International Federation of Japanese Gymnastics, Mori Watanabe, discussed through a phone call, with Ihab Amin, the president of the Egyptian and African Federations, Egypt's latest preparations to host the World Cup for artistic gymnastics for men and women in Cairo 2022. It will be hosted by Egypt in the indoor hall complex at Cairo International Stadium from 17 to 21 March.


The Supreme Organizing Committee of the championship, headed by Dr. Ihab Amin, President of the Egyptian and African Federations and a member of the Executive Office of the International Federation, reassured the new equipment and all preparations for hosting the World Cup, Cairo 2022 and is currently keen on following up all the preparation.


Dr. Iahb Amin said that the state's keenness, represented by the Ministry of Youth and Sports headed by Dr. Ashraf Sobhy, to support the tournament under the leadership of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi.


The tournament will witness strict precautionary measures to protect the participating delegations from Covid 19 and adhere to the preventive instructions from the Ministry of Health.


The indoor hall complex at Cairo International Stadium is expected to host the 2022 World Cup for Artistic Gymnastics for men and women, which is held from 17 to 21 March. 287 players representing 35 countries will participate: Ukraine, despite the current circumstances. The countries came as follows: Egypt Host country Albania, Algeria, Armenia, Australia, Austria, Azerbaijan, Czech Republic, New Zealand, Ireland, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Finland, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Lithuania, Malaysia, Morocco, Norway, Poland, South Africa, Slovenia, Turkey, Ukraine, America, Uzbekistan, India, and Qatar.
