UAE Minister of State for Youth Affairs Visits the Egyptian Space Agency and Praises Scientific Cooperation Between the Two Countries
Dr. Sultan bin Saif Al Neyadi, UAE Minister of State for Youth Affairs, conducted an inspection tour of the Egyptian Space Agency during his official visit to Egypt. He was received by Dr. Sherif Sedky, CEO of the Egyptian Space Agency.
During the visit, Dr. Al Neyadi reviewed the latest projects and scientific initiatives undertaken by the agency in the fields of space sciences and satellite technology. He also received a detailed briefing on Egypt’s research efforts to enhance its regional role in the space sector and its initiatives to empower youth to contribute to scientific innovation.
The UAE Minister praised the advanced capabilities of the Egyptian Space Agency, emphasizing that this visit aims to strengthen joint cooperation between the United Arab Emirates and the Arab Republic of Egypt in scientific and technological fields, particularly in the space sector.
Dr. Sultan bin Saif Al Neyadi stated, “The Egyptian Space Agency stands as an exemplary model of leadership and innovation in the field of space technology. This visit provides a vital opportunity to exchange ideas and expertise, fostering scientific partnerships that support future generations of ambitious youth, who are the cornerstone of a bright and sustainable future.”
The meeting was also attended by several UAE astronauts, including Hazzaa Al Mansoori, Mohammed Al Mulla, and Nora Al Matrooshi.
